About the Role
At Developmental Specialty Partners (DSP Health), we offer structured, play-based programs that support children’s social engagement, communication, and participation in group routines. These programs operate within a collaborative clinic environment where staff work closely together to create positive, organized experiences for children and families.
The Social Groups & Language Skills Extern role is an unpaid, supportive Externship designed for students seeking hands-on exposure to a child-focused clinical setting. Externs serve in a helper role, assisting staff during structured group activities and learning about clinic operations, teamwork, and child development through observation and guided participation.
