About the Role

At Developmental Specialty Partners, we provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families through a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model. Behavior Technicians play a central role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services to young children.


As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a clinic-based and/or home-based setting. This role is responsible for implementing treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting skill development across communication, social, play, and daily living domains. Paid training and clinical supervision are provided, including support toward RBT certification.


Responsibilities


  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

  • Implement individualized treatment plans using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis

  • Support skill acquisition and behavior goals across developmental areas

  • Collect and document data to track client progress

  • Communicate with families in coordination with the clinical team

  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree program preferred; psychology, child development, education, or related fields strongly preferred

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

  • Experience working with children and interest in behavioral or developmental services

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team

  • Ability to attend trainings and work at assigned clinic locations on a consistent, timely basis

  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including floor-based activities, active movement, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
