About the Role
At Developmental Specialty Partners (DSP), BCBAs play a central role in delivering ethical, developmentally informed Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. Our work emphasizes early intervention, individualized programming, and close collaboration across disciplines in a supportive clinical environment where quality and sustainability come first.
This role is designed for clinicians seeking a true clinical home- with manageable caseloads, strong clinical leadership, and meaningful interdisciplinary collaboration across ABA, speech therapy, and child psychiatry.
Compensation & Role Design
Salaried compensation for full-time positions, based on experience, credentials, and role scope

Core Responsibilities
Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Provide clinical supervision in accordance with BACB requirements
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conduct assessments, intakes, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and progress reviews
Monitor data, evaluate outcomes, and adjust programming to support meaningful skill development
Collaborate with families through clear communication, guidance, and partnership
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary providers, including Speech-Language Pathologists, and Child Psychiatry providers
Maintain ethical, compliant documentation and supervision practices
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
Experience providing ABA services for children with ASD and developmental disabilities
Experience conducting and writing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills
Passion for early intervention and developmentally appropriate, play-based care
Ability to meet Livescan DOJ/FBI background clearance and TB clearance requirements
California residency or ability to relocate
