Prior to founding DSP Health, Bilal led the investment and integration of discrete care models in various healthcare specialties. He has experience investing in promising pharmaceutical and healthcare technologies across a variety of platforms, from Fortune 200 to pre-revenue healthcare platforms.

Bilal holds advisory roles in healthcare companies such as Genix Therapeutics and American Tele-Physicians. He holds an MS in Biomedical Sciences from Drexel College of Medicine and a BS in Finance from Villanova University.
