Haider Shahid MD

Haider is a child and adolescent psychiatrist with a technology-based view of behavioral healthcare. He attended medical school at West Virginia University, where he became interested in general psychiatry. After medical school, he furthered his interests by completing a psychiatric residency at the University of South Florida, followed by a fellowship in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry.

His clinical interests include neurodevelopmental disorders, depression, anxiety and psychotic disorders. His goal is to integrate a psychotherapeutic, lifestyle and medication management approach to provide patients with an evidence-based treatment plan to optimize their mental and physical well-being.
